Great Freedom, Blockchain Revolution Playground or Neoliberal Paradise? Power Structures Within the Independent Performing Arts Community

To bring the second day of the Industry Get-Together to a close, we will examine power structures within the performing arts on an international level. We will compare organizational structures within institutions and within the independent community, examine new forms of decentralized collaboration and take a glance into the world of trust-replacing technologies: what power structures do we need when we grow? What do we do differently when we move into institutions? How can positive power be supported? Where do we stand in terms of society as a whole?
