In times of societal crises, cultural education is thrown into the political debates with a great deal of hope attached to it. New funding instruments will be conceptualized and financed. Existing formats receive additional funding. But how do artists and creatives see these structures themselves? Which people are actually helped by them? Which prospective developments can be seen for Berlin?
