Interdisciplinarity In Dance – Positions of Choreography Between Music, Visual Art and Performance

An panel of experts will examine the context and genre restrictions in which (contemporary) choreographic thought currently nds itself, how choreography is thought of in terms of interdisciplinarity and what it means to bring „classical“ interdisciplinary dance productions to the stage. A focus will be on overlaps with other art forms and the question whether distinguishing between genres has become obsolete.
