Proportion of Women Fully Met – What Are We Doing Differently?

What changes in industries when an equal proportion of women take over the running of the business? What can we do differently and would like to do differently to achieve even greater gender equality in our structures and working methods? To close out the day, we would like to take a critical look at the topic of gender equality in different areas of the independent arts community and critically asks ourselves how larger institutions can also be better organized and managed.
