Communication in Artistic Everyday Life: Small Changes, Big Effect!

This seminar focuses on communication processes and illuminates the changes that are possible when we break old patterns of behavior in communication with ourselves as well as with others.
Especially in artistic creative processes, it is important to find a progressive balance between positive reinforcements and constructive criticisms (with oneself as well as with colleagues). Communication patterns are focused on in the first step and examined and initial strategies are also developed for allowing these to slowly change and be gradually integrated both within one's personal everyday life as well as within the artistic working process.
