Designing Seminars and Workshops I

How does the communication of knowledge really work? How do I select the most suitable workshop methods for my content and how can I combined them?  How do I reach my target group? How can I best deal with different needs and requirements? Over the course of two modules, which can be attended individually and independently, the workshop will communicate different methods for the successful setup of seminars, workshops and other educational events and also provides a practical insight into different theories of learning.  

The focus in the first module on May 21 will be placed on the setup of educational events. What must be kept in mind during the structuring and how do the learning goals influence the selected methods? We will look together at which goals the respective educational event is following, which groups should be addressed and how this can best be done. The participants will have the opportunity to discuss their own workshop formats and their previous learning experiences. Please bring your current workshop offerings and your questions along with you!
