Everyday AI as a Freelancer – From Input to Result **
Everyday AI as a Freelancer – From Input to Result **
Many freelancers spend a lot of time with organization, communication and administration – often using tools that they already know (email, Word, Excel, Google). This seminar uses an everyday four-step approach to show how an input can be processed with a suitable AI assistant and integrated within your working structure in order to ultimately generate a desired result such as an email, a spreadsheet, et cetera. AI will then be practice using a consistent example – from a phone call to a voice memo to sending a follow-up email and archiving contacts – without programming and with a focus on one’s practice and with materials to take away.
In addition, the seminar will provide suitable app/office solutions for recurring tasks and tips for practical cautionary steps to ensure privacy. The workshop is intended for freelancers and GbRs working in the independent performing arts –with and without prior experience in the use of AI tools. No programming knowledge is required.
Participants are asked to bring a laptop or tablet with WLAN and access to text/spreadsheet tools as well as a browser AI (e.g ChatGPT or Claude).
