FULLY BOOKED – Getting Off the Hamster Wheel: Recognizing and Activating Creative Resources

With Eva Hartmann (coach, producer, manager)

In challenging times, it can sometimes feel like you are trapped running on a hamster wheel and are at the mercy of “business as usual” - the realities of freelance work, the rejection of funding applications or the scarcity of funding and other systemic challenges in the art industry. In instead of constantly fluctuating between hope, worry and frustration, this workshop is intended to help provide the motivation to take things a step further. How can your own resources be reactivated, how can a creative foundation and a basis be created from which you can act proactively, self-confidently and self-responsibly?
Which stories, habits and ways of thinking can support us in making changes and not losing sight of our goals or in formulating them anew? In the workshop, all of the participants will work and experiment with their respective real circumstances and questions on this topic – individually, in pairs and in group exercises.

In German spoken language, it is possible to ask questions and make comments using English spoken language.
