Over the course of this two-part series, Marc Lippuner will provide useful strategies for social media that can be used in everyday production work. The workshop places its focus on the three large-scale social media services Facebook, Instagram and Twitter. How does one work strategically online in the field of the performing arts? What stories can be told using what media and where can these stories best be told? How do newsfeeds, algorithms and insights work? How do you reach target groups? In the first part, practical knowledge will be provided and personal advice will be given. Then what has been learned can be tried out. The learnings and next steps will be discussed in the second step.
