How To: Association and Non-Profit Law

How is an association founded and what advantages and disadvantages does this legal form bring with it? What fundamental aspects of association law must be kept in mind when doing so? What constitutes a non-profit association and what prerequisites must be met in order to achieve the non-profit status? In this workshop, basic information about association and non-profit law will be shared and questions will be answered.
