How To: Financial Plans – and how to make them look good

How to make your financial plan look good for funding institutions? What obligatory requirements have to be met and how can we adjust budget towards project needs? How to pitch your financial plan convincingly with details and figures? In this workshop, we will work on creating financial plans, discuss their basic structure, the important key elements of a budget and main requirements. Additionally, we will look at practical examples and analyze together common mistakes and irregularities that might make the financial plan look inconsistent. When registering for the workshops, we ask you to please also send us specific questions in advance and bring your own financial plans to look over.
