How To Show Yourself II: Designing Websites and Digital Portfolios

This workshop provides an introduction to the creation and design of your own website and your own portfolio which are becoming increasingly important for promoting your work or for pitches in juried application processes. What must be kept in mind when selecting the digital infrastructure and when it comes to the different providers and content management systems? What additional platforms such as Vimeo, YouTube or Instagram can also be used to be visually present on the internet and place trailers effectively? The workshop will build upon the introduction to the visual documentation and distribution of your artistic work that was provided in the first part of How To Show Yourself, but it is also open to newcomers. The participants will have the opportunity to work on their own digital portfolios and to receive individual feedback. 

The participants are asked to bring their own laptops and, if possible, visual material from independent work.

The Event will take place in English spoken language, questions and answers are also possible in German.
