Working internationally isn’t easy – different cultures, timings, general interests and ways of working can make distribution and tour management a real challenge. How do we price our artistic work and negotiate tips? How much can festivals and cooperating partners realistically pay and where do we potentially find additional touring funding? How can pricing and negotiation help us to create strong and sustainable relations with our international partners? In this workshop, beginners in national and international touring will find useful information and advise on how to balance touring and talk about money without shame.
