How To: Which Legal Form is Right for Us?

Anyone who accepts funding automatically becomes a business. The responsibility that goes along with that is often unclear to many. With the right legal form, though, it may at least be able to be shared. But what legal form is right for us? What differences and special features do GbRs, Vereine, gGmbHs, UGs and the rest have? What do you have to keep in mind when founding a legal entity and what obligations are incurred with each respective legal form? In this workshop, we will provide an overview of different legal forms, their advantages and disadvantages and answer individual questions.
