Leading and Making Decisions in Collectives (both dates are fully booked)

June 27, 10:00 am to 3:00 pm and August 27, 11:00 am to 2:00 pm

Collectives are enjoying uninterrupted popularity – and, in doing so, there are, alongside the joy at working in shared projects, always a large number of questions about how shared work can be organized. How can organizational burdens be shared and how can responsibilities be distributed? What methods of decision making involve everyone without ending up taking forever? What do communication methods look like that are transparent without simultaneously generating overwhelming floods of emails? In the first part, this workshop will communicate methods and strategies that can make the team coordination and team communication easier and will call upon the participants to actively take the topic of leadership into coordination. In the second part of the workshop (How To: Leading in Collectives), the focus will be placed on an exchange of experiences in which difficult team constellations can be discussed. In order to register to attend the second part, it is necessary that you have participated in the first part.
