Motherhood in the Arts – Between Fulfillment and Burnout

Over the course of this event, our expert Christin Endter will share tips and methods that can be used successfully in order to better organize oneself, mentally strengthen oneself and to nurture one’s own creativity. These include methods for maintaining your clarity and focus, for prioritization, for making better decisions as well as for setting boundaries. This will be followed by a round of exchange: What is to be done about all the things that have to be done? Who organizes themselves in which ways? What experiences have already been collected about motherhood and art?
