Navigating from crisis towards professional growth

June 11 and 12, daily from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm

In every crisis lies an opportunity for change – but how can different ways of thinking on crisis and its management provide insights to support a potential transformation? How can crisis and transformation embody professional growth as creative workers and personal empowerment towards being fit for future. The workshop develops around the main strands of understanding the different forms of blockages, deadlocks or crisis that is induced by economic, social and political external factors. Together, we’ll reflect on how those factors operate within the professional field as a whole and within the production of each artist. We’ll discuss how they may lead to exclusion of certain actors within the profession or certain artistic formats, contents and discourses, specifically focusing on imaginative tactics towards cultural plurality.
