This format as part of the PAP advisement program offers the opportunity for collegial discussion and joint advisement for artists and culture makers who have experienced discrimination within a work context. The thematic focus is placed on experiences of racism within the freelance work context. The participants can use the space for professional networking, conversations about professionalism as well as to share strategies for action.

Melmun Bajarchuu studied philosophy, sociology and political science in Hamburg, Germany. She works at the crossroads of theory, art and politics as a thinker, discourse partner, curator, dramaturge and artistic production manager, focusing specifically on poststructural, postcolonial and queerfeminist perspectives. Additionally, she researches micropolitical practices of resistance in the performing arts and is actively involved in the Initiative for Solidarity in the Theatre. (Artistic) collaboration with researchers, theatre makers, performance artists, circus artists, dancers and choreographers.
