Planning and Designing Workshops Workshop as Part of the Expert Qualification

How can I create the structure of my workshop so that it suits my topic, organize my time management and choose and specify appropriate communication methods and exercises? What options do I have for framing the workshop, creating a good atmosphere and providing space for feedback? The focus here will be placed on an intuitive and process-oriented way of working that can be applied sustainably and flexibly.

We will take the workshop plans and ideas of the participants into consideration with a variety of methods, such as creative mapping and rounds of discussion and feedback.

The workshop is intended for everyone who is currently working on a specific workshop format. The participants are asked to please bring specific ideas with them and can name their area of focus, the topic of the workshop, possible target groups and the goal of their communication project.
