Space usage agreements, general terms and conditions, site rules and now a hygiene concept on top of everything else? Providing workspaces is associated with a whole lot of paperwork and paperwork is certainly not the most exciting part of the job. A well formulated usage agreement, however, can make the everyday work a lot easier as well as making the proposition more fair and transparent. Together with the attorney Philipp Schiffmann, we will examine the foundations of good contractual formulations, answer questions regarding liability and the fair distribution of risk and get all of those papers under control, once and for all.

The Y'NOT Art-Loft is a modern mix of rehearsal room, creation studio and event location. The loft is the creative center of Cosmic Artists (performance team), but can be booked for professional artists, productions, photo shoots or as an event location. The Y'NOT ART LOFT is located on the former Knorr Bremse industrial park, directly at the S-Bahn station Marzahn.
