Thematic Series: Working In A Collective III - What Does “Leading” Mean In A Collective?

In the third part of this thematic series on working in a collective, we will look at stress factors and the delicate question of leadership. How do you organize yourself within a team, make decisions and ensure a flow of communication without drowning in a sea of emails? How do you avoid communication becoming something that eats up time and instead ensure that it remains/will be efficient and goal-oriented? Which (digital) tools and strategies can be found and established in order to make the team coordination and communication easier? Is coordination a contagious form of leadership and, if so: what do we think about that? By the way, here is a thought for everyone who also seeks efficiency when it comes to further education: the events within this thematic series can be attended independently from each other based upon the needs of the participants.
