Anyone who works with and moderates group processes knows how difficult it can be to deal constructively with different dynamics, respond to surprises and, despite all unforeseen events, create processes and plans that are flexible yet stable.
For producers, experts and artists who collaborate within a group, a collective or a team, we have created a platform with this workshop and are developing tools that make cooperative work, discussions and decision making easier.
