Are you working in a new collective or would you like to found one? Do you want to create a roadmap for your shared work or rejigger your approach? Then you’re in exactly the right place with this workshop and we will dedicate ourselves to the following questions: how can we collectively brainstorm and develop concepts, organize files transparently and divide up areas of work? What hacks are there for long-term work planning and first aid measures for crises? Feel free to bring specific questions from your collective work with you.
