In this workshop, useful information and practical tips about regional and nationwide residency opportunities will be shared, and individual questions will be answered.

Are you working in a new collective or would you like to found one? Do you want to create a roadmap for your shared work or rejigger your approach? Then you’re in exactly the right place with this workshop and we will dedicate ourselves to the following questions: how can we collectively brainstorm and develop concepts, organize files transparently and divide up areas of work? What hacks are there for long-term work planning and first aid measures for crises? Feel free to bring specific questions from your collective work with you.

In this small group workshop, you’ll learn how to set and negotiate your fees, apply self- controlling methods and bring the value of fair conditions and fees to the center of your work.
