From May 15 to 17, 2025, the IETM Plenary Meeting brought together international guests in Berlin. Over the course of three days, under the theme “REHEARSING FUTURES,” participants had the opportunity to immerse themselves in Berlin’s independent performing arts community, gain inspiration through an extensive conference program, and take advantage of networking and exchange opportunities relevant to their own professional practice.

More than a year later, we continue to meet people who enthusiastically share their experiences from the IETM Plenary Meeting in Berlin. Whether it’s inspiring experiences, expanded networks, or new professional connections—the three-day event, held in May 2025, which brought together nearly 600 IETM members and stakeholders from Berlin and across Germany, continues to have a lasting impact.
