Feedback and Outlook Meeting for SPIELRAUM – The Days of the Independent Performing Arts Community in Berlin

Following the pilot edition in 2024, the Berlin Performing Arts Program coordinated the second edition of SPIELRAUM – The Days of the Independent Performing Arts Community in Berlin last September. The audience has now been invited two different times to immerse themselves in the schedule of programming of audience and community formats created by the community itself and to learn more about it from other perspectives.

But what did we think about it? What worked well as content and what did we need more of? How did organizational processes and responsibilities work? And the most basic question: does Berlin’s independent performing arts community need an annual campaign and, if so, what kind?

In order to discuss our prior experiences as well as to mutually look at future options, we are happy to warmly invite you to the feedback and outlook meeting for SPIELRAUM.

The meeting will take place on April 16, 2026 from 11:00 am to 12:30 pm digitally and is especially intended for everyone who has been involved in SPIELRAUM. In addition, everyone is welcome who is interested in how we can and should spotlight Berlin’s independent performing arts community in our joint campaign work.
