Dear participants,
We are very pleased about your interest in our opportunities and formats for information, advisement and qualification in the independent performing arts.
Thanks to funding provided by the European Social Fund Plus (ESF+) and Berlin’s Senate Department for Culture and Community, our opportunities and events are free of charge. As a result of using this funding, we are obligated to collect the personal data of the participants as well as to evaluate the program. With this in mind, we ask you to please complete this participant registration form in full.
The provision of some of the information is mandatory, while other information can be provided voluntarily. Participation in our opportunities is only possible if all mandatory information has been provided, and you have consented to the processing of your personal data. In addition, you must also agree to complete two questionnaires regarding your social and professional situation. These questionnaires will be provided both four weeks and six months after the last opportunity that you have taken part in. These questionnaires are mandatory, as this is the only way to ensure that we meet the evaluation requirements of the funder.
After completing the registration process, all advisement and qualification opportunities provided by the Berlin Performing Arts Program can be used.
We look forward to your participation in the program!
