Open Call: Advisers for Advisement Sessions Beginning in December 2025
Please note: This is the open call for advisors. There is a separate one for instructors.
For our project Berlin Performing Arts Program – Support, Advisement and Qualification in Transformation, we are on the lookout for experienced members of Berlin’s independent performing arts community who would like to pass on their knowledge over the course of advisement sessions.
Since 2013, the Berlin Performing Arts Program has supported members of the independent performing arts community through a diverse range of opportunities including information events, workshops and other qualification opportunities. Our range of opportunities are available to all members of the independent performing arts community, free of charge. We offer orientation, the transfer of knowledge, qualification and networking both for newcomers as well as for more established members of the community.
Our range of opportunities have been financed exclusively through a variety of project fundings since 2013. Our new project, Berlin Performing Arts Program – Support, Advisement and Qualification in Transformation, is funded by Berlin’s Senate Department for Culture and Community and the European Social Fund (ESF) and will last until September 2027. For this project, we are looking for experts who can provide individual advisement sessions.
Format
The format of the individual advisement sessions will be offered via the website and via the newsletter of the Information Center. Interested parties will register for a session with us with their specific questions and these will be passed on to the advisers who have suitable expertise. An individual advisement session is schedule for two hours and can be conducted online or as a physical appointment. If necessary, a physical advisement space can be requested.
Compensation
35 € per hour (net) including preparation and follow-up work. The advisors agree to document and assess the qualification (participation and/or increase of competence). We will conclude fee agreements for the work as advisors.
Work Period
From December 2025, at the earliest, until September 2027, at the latest.
Scope of Work
Freelance employment with a framework contract for the entire time period or a partial time period
